In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we will proceed with the refund of amounts paid, including delivery costs: - no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, this date being deferred until receipt of the returned item(s) or proof of their shipment, with the date taken being that of the first occurrence; - using the same payment method as that used at the time of ordering, unless another refund method has been agreed upon between the parties. In case of full or partial payment for an order via Illicado card, this card will be credited back for an amount equal to that paid in this form at the time of ordering.
