First, log in on the home page by clicking on Log in. Then, from the "Your orders" section, you can access your order history.
You can then cancel your order by clicking on "Order cancellation request", then "I confirm cancellation".

If you don't see the button to cancel your order, unfortunately it's no longer possible to cancel it.
In this case, you will need to return the order free of charge, upon receipt.
