Multibanco is a payment system that enables you to pay for your purchases via a network of ATMs or online banking services.
This payment method is based on the generation of a unique payment reference associated with each order.

How does Multibanco payment work?

When you select Multibanco as your payment method :

1. A payment reference is generated, comprising :
- an entity
- a reference
- an amount

2. You can then make the payment :
- at a Multibanco ATM
- via your online banking service

3. Once payment has been made, confirmation is usually sent automatically.

Payment terms

The Multibanco reference is valid for a limited period (generally between 24 and 72 hours).
If payment is not received within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled.
