Designed for city scooters and sporty bikes, the POLINI Original 203.0138 air filter replaces original components and promotes freer airflow during intake. Its dual foam structure optimizes filtration while maintaining flow, resulting in a healthier engine response for urban and suburban use.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Construction from expanded/flexible polyurethane sponge based on reticulated polyester.
• Double layer: a fine blue foam (60 PPI) for filtering fine particles and a more open black foam (30 PPI) for pre-filtration.
• Wavy outer surface to increase air intake while retaining up to 50% more dust compared to a smooth surface.
• Efficiency compliant with European standard EN779 (class G3-G4): weight efficiency of around 90% and over 50% on micronic particles.
• Easy maintenance: cleaning by washing and drying, followed by impregnation with specific sponge filter oil to restore retention capacity.
