Air Filter 156014 by Twin Air

Road air filter made of multi-layer foam designed to protect the engine from dust and impurities while maintaining good airflow. The glued construction and solvent-resistant adhesive ensure the durability of the foams during cleaning and exposure to fuel. Its compact design allows for more free volume in the airbox to enhance airflow in urban and road use.

Design and Materials

• Patented design with specific foams for multi-stage filtration, useful for limiting the entry of dust and sand.
• First layer of breathable foam that traps dust and sand, reducing direct clogging of the intake housing.
• Second denser layer stopping fine particles while maintaining airflow to preserve engine breathing.
• Third flame-retardant layer allowing the removal of the original anti-backfire screen if necessary for certain configurations.
• Special adhesive developed to resist solvents and fuel, ensuring the cohesion of the foams after cleaning.

Practicality and Features

• Significantly smaller format than the original element to increase the available volume in the airbox and promote airflow.
• Breathable seal providing maximum contact surface for stable mounting and enhanced sealing at the filter housing.
• Adhesion of the two foam shells preventing dust accumulation between layers for consistent filtration over time.

Advantages

• Manufacturer reference: 156014
• Type Road, suitable for urban use
