VENHILL Clutch Hose KTM/Husqvarna (Manufacturer part number: K01-3-038/P-BK) — hydraulic hose dedicated to motocross, designed to replace the original line on KTM and Husqvarna 65 cc models.
- Inner conduit made of DuPont Teflon with a smooth bore for better heat resistance.
- Marine-grade stainless steel braiding to limit hose expansion under pressure.
- Rotating fittings made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 303 for precise alignment without twisting.
- Outer PVC protective sleeve for the braided hose and frame paint.
- Rigid nylon sleeve included to secure the hose to the fork legs or swingarm.
- Chrome end fittings and copper washers included. Reuse existing banjo bolts or replace them with separately sold banjo bolts.
This hose differs slightly from the original: straight fitting on the master cylinder side and a 90° fitting on the clutch side, with an M8x1.00 bolt at the clutch end, making it easier to pass through the clutch cover. Suitable for competition and enduro/motocross outings, it fits perfectly on KTM 65 SX (2021/2022) and Husqvarna TC 65 (2022) models.
