MAGNUM SHIELDING – Designer Series Brake Line (Ref. AS470182)

Lower brake hose kit designed for road and touring: the Designer Series Brake Line features a Signature Magnum braid over a PTFE core and an aramid fibre (DuPont™ Kevlar®) inner layer to limit expansion under pressure. The transparent PVC outer sheath resists yellowing and provides a sleek appearance in black / black pearl, suitable for Harley and other large touring bikes.

• Installation: Front / lower position — conversion from dual disc to single on the left side.
• Assembly: CNC bending for precise fit, EZ-Align™ banjos for easier installation.
• Materials: Inner PTFE, aramid braid, polished stainless steel fittings.
• Origin: Assembled in the United States.
• Usage: Designed for Touring models, compatible with ABS configurations (kit identified as "ABS" on the hose).

This kit allows for repositioning of the calipers — including radial mounting — during aesthetic or mechanical modifications. Note: motorcycles equipped with ABS require specific ABS kits for the upper and lower parts; using an unsuitable kit may compromise braking.
