Magnum Shielding Brake Line — Designer Series (Ref. AS47018)

Extended lower brake hose kit specially designed for Touring models equipped with ABS. Designed to allow caliper movement — including radial mounting — this kit facilitates conversions and custom installations while maintaining the original routing of the hoses.

• Construction: PTFE core, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid reinforcement, and Signature Magnum braiding; transparent PVC outer sleeve resistant to discolouration.
• Precision: CNC bent tubes for a close fit to original and highly polished fittings.
• Installation: EZ-Align™ banjos on caliper hoses for simplified mounting and time savings in the workshop.
• Performance: aramid reinforcement reducing hose expansion under pressure; recommended to pair with compatible ABS upper hoses.
• Finish: Pearl Black / Black colour, conversion from dual disc to single left side.
• Manufacturing: assembled in the United States. Designer model, Front / Lower position.

This kit is aimed at cruisers and tourers who modify the caliper placement on their Harley-Davidson CVO Road/Street Glide (e.g. FLTRXSTSE, FLTRXSE, FLHXSE) or other ABS Touring models. Note: motorcycles with ABS require specific ABS kits for upper and lower parts; using an incompatible kit may compromise braking. Manufacturer reference: AS47018.
