Features

EBC S603G Brake Shoe — Grooved "G" Shoe (Kit)

Specifically designed for off-road and urban use, these EBC brake shoes (manufacturer part number: S603G) combine a die-cast aluminium backing plate with bonded organic linings. Intended for Enduro, Cross, Roadster, and Quad applications, they provide a reliable replacement solution for original drums.

Construction: die-cast aluminium backplate for good mechanical strength.
Linings: organic material, bonded and machined in radius, with deburring and chamfering at the exit to limit snagging.
Grooved "G" Design: multi-angle internal grooves designed to expel dirt, dust, water, and debris from the braking surface.
Compatibility: supplied as a kit with original-style springs, ready for installation on the drum.

The finishes — chamfers at the ends and machining of the linings — facilitate bedding in and contribute to predictable braking behaviour. Ideal for those riding on muddy tracks or for daily use, these shoes offer a good compromise between bite and smooth operation without heavy modifications.

Examples of compatible models: KAWASAKI KLX 110 R L (KLX110D) 2026, SUZUKI DR‑Z 110 (2005), KAWASAKI KLX 110 R (2026).
