Starter Kit for TMX35/38 and TMS38 Carburetor – Manufacturer Reference: TM38/57 – Brand: MIKUNI
- Category: Carburetor
- Compatibility: Mikuni TMX35/38 and TMS38 carburetors
- Usage: restoration of the starter system / enrichment at startup
Designed for motorcyclists who take their carburetor maintenance seriously, this Mikuni starter kit allows for the restoration of the necessary enrichment during cold starts. Essential when starting is temperamental or when the original starter no longer responds as it used to, it integrates with the TMX and TMS 35/38 families to achieve more reliable starting behavior.
Easily identifiable by its reference TM38/57, this kit is aimed at experienced DIY enthusiasts and workshops looking for a suitable replacement part for the core of the intake system. It directly concerns the management of the starter jet and the adjustment of the air-fuel mixture at the time of startup.
Before installation, verify compatibility with your carburetor and carry out the replacement under good conditions (cleaning the carburetor body, checking the gaskets and float). If in doubt, entrust the operation to a professional for precise and safe adjustments.
