Hot Shot CDI Unit by RICK'S MOTORSPORT ELECTRIC — Manufacturer part number: 15-505
This Hot Shot CDI unit is an electronic ignition module (capacitive discharge) designed for quads. It replaces the faulty original unit and, depending on the version, incorporates one or more factory modifications: multiple spark, increased maximum RPM, or recalibrated ignition advance curves. These adjustments aim to improve throttle response and engine responsiveness, providing a sharper acceleration feel on the track or trails.
Direct fit for compatible machines: check the manufacturer reference before installation. This product is intended for riders and drivers looking for a simple solution to replace a faulty CDI or to benefit from the ignition profiles offered by the Hot Shot series. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable with the ignition wiring.
