HINSON Billetproof® Aluminum Clutch Bell with Torque Dampers — Manufacturer Part No. H663-B-2101. Specifically designed for the Kawasaki KX450, this machined bell offers a robust construction and performance suited for motocross/off-road competition.
- CNC machined T-6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum body for strength and dimensional accuracy.
- Hard surface coating that limits wear under heavy use (with proper maintenance).
- Optimized profile and oil channels that enhance oil dynamics and assist in clutch cooling.
- Integrated torque dampers to reduce jolts and soften clutch engagement during rapid shifts.
- Allows the clutch assembly to spin more freely, contributing to smoother starts and improved heat dissipation.
- Compatibility: usable with stock clutch hubs, pressure plates, and clutch packs.
- Manufactured in the USA — finish and tolerances focused on durability in off-road conditions.
Part intended for riders seeking a stiffer and better-cooled bell for their KX450 (recent models 2022–2026, including KX 450 X). Professional installation recommended; regular maintenance advised to preserve the coating and longevity of the assembly.
