High Lifter - Disc Brake Conversion Kit (Manufacturer's Ref: 85-10116)

Replace the front drums of your Honda utility quad with a simpler maintenance disc system. This HIGH LIFTER conversion kit provides all the necessary components to transform the left and right front brakes: polished dual-piston calipers, pads, discs, mounting brackets, hub spacers, new studs, and mounting hardware.

• Compatibility: designed for Honda TRX models (e.g. TRX 400 FA, TRX 350 TE, TRX 350 FE) — use with 12" or larger spacers.
• Kit contents: dual-piston calipers, pads, discs, brackets, spacers, studs, and all mounting hardware.
• Reconditioning kit included: 4 pistons, 4 piston seals, and 2 O-rings.
• Pad advice: for replacement, use SBS sintered metal pads ref. 1721-1594 or EBC ref. FA271R.
• Finish: polished.

Switching to disc brakes reduces the exposure of brake components to mud and water compared to drums, limiting moisture retention and making maintenance easier. A complete kit designed for utility motorcyclists and mountain bikers looking for a robust and durable solution for their off-road outings.
