DPK Series Clutch Kit — DP BRAKES (Manufacturer's reference: DPK125). Designed for motocross and dual-sport riders seeking reliability and sensations, this complete kit replaces the original plates + springs assembly to make the transmission more progressive and resistant to off-road demands.
Contents: friction discs, steel drive discs, and springs (unless the original clutch uses a reusable diaphragm spring).
Materials: steel drive plates (heat stable, no expansion like aluminium), specific high-temperature friction compounds for off-road use.
Springs: chrome-silicon wire, precision winding, heat treatment, and shot peening for longevity and consistent spring rate.
Ready to race: no need for pre-soaking the discs — immediate installation and riding.
Durability: claimed lifespan up to +300% vs original plates; does not contaminate engine oil.
Performance: increased mass for a slight flywheel effect enhancing starts and traction, high spring rates to prevent slipping and improve lever feel.
Delivered: rigid case lined with foam to protect and store components or tools.
Suitable for Yamaha YZ125 (2018–2021) and many motocross machines, this DPK Series kit is a reliable option for those wanting a durable, precise clutch suited to off-road conditions.
