The Maxi Delta System combines the Delta Clutch centrifugal clutch and the reinforced Wing Clutch Bell, designed for demanding racing and urban scooters. Engineered for fine tuning based on centrifugal force, this package allows for the adjustment of springs and small weights to refine the load engagement and grip behavior of the clutch assembly.

• Delta Clutch: adjustable and patented clutch, designed from racing paddocks, with the possibility to interchange springs (K values available from Malossi) and additional weights to adjust the friction pressure.
• Wing Clutch Bell: forged steel bell Fe DC04 with a carbon steel hub (TIG welded round bar), nitrided surface for wear resistance, machined steel cooling fin ring, and black oxidation finish. Pressure adjustment and 100% dynamic balancing.
• Asbestos-free friction materials developed to withstand high temperatures and maintain the friction coefficient over time.
