The complete YOSHIMURA RS-12 Signature Series stainless steel exhaust system with carbon end cap transforms the KX250F into a machine ready to perform on the tracks. Designed for the new KX250F, this exhaust line delivers a refined sound and optimized engine response without compromising the meticulous finish typical of Yoshimura.
- Materials: stainless steel body and tubes, carbon end cap for a racing look and durability against off-road outings.
- Sound insert INS-31-K: delivered pre-installed, it balances sound and performance for a deep and controlled tone.
- Measured performance: during development on the 2025 KX250F, the RS-12 showed +3.3% power at 11,000 RPM and up to +3.4% torque at 10,600 RPM, enhancing the high range and low/mid connectivity.
- Machined carbon-faced gasket: treated surface to reduce wear and friction, without the use of anti-seize.
- Collector resonator: an aesthetic and functional element optimizing torque curve and response linearity.
- Optional accessory: spark arrestor SA-21-K available separately for outings in wooded areas.
- Certification: track use only — not street legal regarding noise.
For motocross riders seeking a race-ready exhaust, the RS-12 brings character, build quality, and a more responsive engine sound to the KX250F.
