MALOSSI Push Spring - 67.2x181mm/Ø54.7mm/3.6K (manufacturer reference: 2911074.Y0) — spring designed for the variator of urban scooters and quads. This push spring plays a key role in ensuring the correct pressure within the variator/rollers assembly to maintain a consistent gear ratio and predictable engine behavior.

• Dimensions and characteristic: 67.2 x 181 mm, diameter 54.7 mm, stiffness 3.6K (manufacturer values).
• Linear regulation: developed to provide a more progressive contraction and increased resistance compared to standard springs.
• Usage: suitable for replacement in original equipment or during variator tuning to adjust acceleration behavior and RPM range.
• Durability: designed to withstand the repeated stresses of the variator in urban use and on light quads.

Easy to install in the variator orbit, this spring is aimed at riders looking for a reliable replacement part to regain a more uniform control feel. Particularly suitable for urban models and quads such as KYMCO Grand Dink 300, TRITON Baja 300, and HONDA Forza 250 (check precise compatibility according to year and manufacturer reference). For optimal results, check the condition of the rollers and variator guide during replacement.
