DescriptionProx Connecting rod kit

Product details :

Features

PROX Connecting Rod Kit designed for motocross bikes, this PROX connecting rod kit matches the specifications of the original equipment and is aimed at riders and mechanics looking for a reliable set for standard engine refurbishment. Made from a highly durable alloy, it withstands the specific demands of off-road riding and the high RPM constraints encountered in motocross.

Complete connecting rod kit for the specified application
Two-step forging process for a reinforced structure
Surface treatment of the connecting rod aimed at increasing long-term reliability
Includes all necessary parts for installation for the given application
Designed for a "standard" engine refurbishment
Set known for its wear resistance

This kit fits into the blocks designed by the manufacturer without modification of the specifications, facilitating the reassembly of the crankshaft and the timing during mechanical work. Ideal for refurbishment after mileage or for preparing an amateur competition bike while respecting original tolerances. Compatible notably with KTM 450 SX-F models (2013, 2014, 2015).
