- Type: Drilled connecting rod crankpin
- Dimensions: 26 x 59 mm
- Brand: HOT RODS
- Manufacturer reference: P137
- Usage: Replacement part for crankshaft / connecting rod refurbishment
The drilling of the crankpin improves the lubrication circuit to the bearing, reducing the risk of localized oil starvation during re-service. Ideal for mechanics and enthusiasts rebuilding an engine, this crankpin integrates into crankshaft machining and balancing operations. When replacing, check the condition of the bearings, radial play, and axial alignment: replacing a crankpin often necessitates the installation of new bearings and a dial gauge check.
