MALOSSI Multivar 2000 Variator — Manufacturer's ref: 51 7075
The Malossi Multivar 2000 stands out as an aftermarket upgrade for urban scooters. This complete variator is designed to optimise the behaviour of the CVT transmission and provide a better feel during acceleration without modifying the engine. Ideal for those who ride in the city and seek a more responsive throttle.
- Complete contents: half-pulley, spring, rollers, guide, spacers, and Multivar hub.
- Behaviour: liveliness and responsiveness during acceleration for sharper starts.
- RPM management: more linear rev increase and better consistency at high RPM.
- Compatibility: suitable for urban 50 cc scooters (e.g. Aprilia Scarabeo 50, Yamaha Neo's, MBK Ovetto).
Direct replacement installation for the original variator: the provision of all parts facilitates installation and startup. The Multivar 2000 remains a popular solution to give a boost to the primary transmission without heavy engine intervention. It is recommended to have it installed by a workshop or a mechanic experienced with CVT to ensure optimal adjustment of the rollers and spring.
