Designed for the Quad universe, this Hot Shot CDI unit offers an alternative to the original ignition module. As an electronic ignition unit (capacitive discharge), it can incorporate options such as multiple spark, a raised maximum RPM, or modified advance curves. These adjustments allow for different RPM increases and acceleration responses compared to the original CDI, depending on the vehicle and configuration.
