AXP Adventure Skid Plate - HDPE 8mm - for Hepco & Becker Crash Bars (Ref. AX1689)

Designed to protect the engine's lower section without adding weight to the motorcycle, this AXP skid plate made from 8 mm high-density polyethylene (HDPE) covers the entire engine block down to below the radiator. Compact and lightweight (3.5 kg), it provides plastic protection against impacts and abrasions during road trips or off-road rides.

The piece features a specific front mounting system that prevents crushing against the casings in the event of an impact and facilitates assembly/disassembly. On the left side, the skid plate fully protects the water pump without directly connecting to the casing: a supplied foam eliminates direct contact on the pump to limit stress.
