RALLYE Evo Engine Guard by Touratech
The RALLYE Evo engine guard protects the engine, exhaust system, and critical areas of the tank during both on-road and off-road use. Designed in three parts with two 4 mm thick aluminium alloys, it offers 360° protection without adding unnecessary weight. Its design facilitates installation and maintains ground clearance to overcome obstacles.
Design and Materials
- 3-part structure made with two 4 mm thick aluminium alloys providing 360° protection to minimise damage from impacts during off-road use
- Extended and rigid base plate ensuring protection up to the catalyst and facilitating obstacle clearance thanks to flat starting slopes
- Two hydroformed tank protection plates ensuring a precise fit and protecting the fuel pump and taps
Practicality and Features
- Mounting positions designed on the vehicle to simplify installation and save time during setup
- Recessed screw fittings in the smooth base increasing strength and allowing the attachment of a workshop stand without obstruction
- Stainless steel reinforcement at the rear providing cross support for use with most centre stands
Usage and Performance
- Designed to withstand impacts from stones and contact with the ground to protect the motorcycle during intensive off-road use
- Manufactured in Germany ensuring traceability of production
Advantages
- Optional grids 372-5016 available to protect the cooling opening from stone impacts
