Malossi Fixed Sheave (manufacturer part number 6113806B) — a part designed to refurbish the variator of urban scooters. The Malossi Ventilvar fixed sheave is aimed at riders who want to renew the primary transmission of their scooter using components specifically designed for this purpose.

• Variator fixed sheave, suitable for refurbishment
• Made from a proprietary MALOSSI alloy for strength and wear resistance
• Recalculated angle for optimized support in the variator groove
• Diamond surface treatment for a hard and even finish
• Integrated fins ensuring better cooling of the variator in urban use
• Designed to promote increased longevity of transmission components

Work cleanly on the transmission: this fixed sheave integrates into a variator service kit to restore smooth shifting behavior and limit overheating. Ideal for urban scooters and GTs used in the city where the variator is often under strain.

Common compatibilities: Yamaha T-MAX 500 (SJ06 / SJ05) — particularly the 2008 and 2011 versions. Always check the part number before installation.
