Fork Spring Moose Offroad Hard - Parts (Manufacturer Ref: 295-370-28) — individual spring designed for motocross / cross forks. Made from high-quality chrome-silicon wire, this spring meets the demands of riders seeking precision and repeatability in their suspension behaviour.
Each spring is cold wound and then subjected to a complete heat treatment: tempering, shot peening, ground ends, and polishing. The parts are preset and ground to length before polishing, then laser engraved with their spring rate according to DIN2095 grade 1. This process limits manufacturing tolerances and facilitates identification of the spring rate during installation.
