Moose Offroad Hard Fork Spring - Parts
Manufacturer reference: 435-470-46 — sold individually. Designed for Enduro and Cross environments, this high-quality chrome-silicon fork spring is aimed at demanding riders seeking consistency and reliability on rough terrains.
- Material: chrome-silicon wire, compliant with DIN2095 grade 1 standard
- Manufacturing: cold wound, heat treated and tempered to stabilize the spring rate
- Finish: shot peened, ground ends and polishing to reduce internal friction
- Pre-set and ground to length, each spring is laser engraved with its spring rate and part number
- Type: fork spring — unit sold separately
These springs are machined through a complete process (winding, heat treatment, polishing) to ensure accurate reproduction of the spring rate and increased longevity of the components. They are particularly suitable for the forks of modern 4-stroke machines where the precision of the spring directly affects hydraulic behaviour.
