This fork spring is made from high-quality chrome-silicon wire. Each component is cold wound and then subjected to a complete heat treatment cycle: tempering, shot peening, and machining of the ends before polishing. The springs are preset and ground to length, then laser engraved with their rating and part number, in accordance with DIN2095 grade 1.
