SRC Series Clutch Kit by EBC (manufacturer part number: SRC7023) — a friction disc kit designed for Harley-Davidson roadsters and Sportsters. Designed to replace the original pack, this kit combines aramid fibre and paper friction plates with reinforced clutch springs for improved heat resistance and increased longevity of the linings.
- Type: friction disc kit (units: kit)
- Material of plates: aramid fibre and paper
- Supplied with: reinforced clutch springs
- Model: SRC Series — more aggressive/quick clutch engagement vs standard CK kits
- Uses: roadster, urban riding, and sporty cruising
This kit is aimed at riders looking for a more responsive clutch engagement at start-up and quicker gear shifts without modifying the original mechanics. The aramid fibre discs better withstand high temperatures, limiting slippage during sustained use. The reinforced springs contribute to a sharper engagement and a firmer lever feel.
