This full Spark system has been developed to optimise the performance of the leading maxi-scooter reference. Unlike the strictly "Racing" versions, this "TOM" (Titanium Homologated) variant incorporates a special catalyst in the pipes to comply with pollution and noise regulations, thus allowing for completely legal use on public roads.
