YOSHIMURA RS-12 Signature Series — Full System (Manufacturer part number: 225861S720)

Designed and manufactured in the United States in collaboration with the Honda HRC team, the RS-12 Signature Series full system provides the CRF450R/CRF450RX with a lightweight and durable exhaust solution, tailored for motocross competition. Each component utilizes modern processes (hydroforming, stamping) to optimize fit, repeatability, and longevity without compromising finish.

Muffler: titanium body, carbon cap finish — racing aesthetic and weight reduction.
Header: hydroformed stainless steel for optimized internal transition and fewer welds.
Machined gasket with carbon coating: limits galling and wear without the need for anti-seize grease.
Collector resonator: developed with Honda HRC to enhance engine range behavior.
Cast header: improved robustness and ease of installation/removal.
Acoustic insert INS-32-K: provided and installed for controlled sound in track configuration.

Color: Titanium. Certification: track use only (not noise approved). Ideal for motocross riders seeking a premium finish exhaust, lightweight design, and pronounced sound character on CRF450R / CRF450RX (2025-2026 models).
