YOSHIMURA RS-12 Signature Series – Full System for Honda CRF450R / RX (ref. 225860S520)

Specifically developed for the CRF450R/RX 2025, the RS-12 Signature Series full system from YOSHIMURA US combines the latest manufacturer innovations for off-road exhausts. Made from stainless steel with a carbon muffler cap, it utilizes hydroforming and high-quality finishes to optimize fitment and durability without compromising performance.

Hydroformed muffler: lightweight sleeve and single-piece resonator for improved strength.
Hydroformed primary header: optimized oval/round transition and fewer welds.
Machined carbon-coated gasket: reduces friction and eliminates the need for anti-seize grease.
Collector resonator developed with Honda HRC to optimize response across the entire engine range.
Molded header: increased strength and easier installation/removal.
Acoustic insert INS-32-K included and installed for factory-tuned sound.

Stainless steel color, stainless steel muffler finish, and stainless steel tubing. Track use only: not street legal (non-compliant noise). Compatible with CRF 450 R and RX (2025–2026). Manufacturer reference: 225860S520.
