The ESJOT front sprocket made of 16MnCr5 steel (pitch 525, 17 teeth) is a component designed for demanding roadsters. Machined in Germany on CNC automatic lathes and finished with state-of-the-art broaching machines, it features precise tooth profiles and concentricity and axial runout tolerances of less than 0.1 mm — ensuring an exact fit on the transmission shaft.

Material: 16MnCr5 steel with high-quality carburising for wear resistance.
Position: Front (countershaft)
Teeth: 17 — pitch 525
Finish: natural colour, lightening holes and reinforcements to optimise mass without compromising geometry.

Designed to withstand high stresses, this sprocket is suitable for both sporty road use and competition setups. Its reliable construction and machining precision facilitate a uniform engagement of the chain, limiting premature wear and vibrations during operation.

Main compatibilities: BRIXTON BX 1200 ABS Cromwell (2024-2025) and Cromwell X variants. An ideal part for riders seeking reliability, longevity, and road handling.
