Moose Offroad Hard Sprocket - Parts (Ref. 26-1195-13CRMO) — Front sprocket for countershaft transmission, specially designed for quads and off-road applications. Machined from high-strength chromoly steel, it meets industrial standards to withstand shocks and wear while minimising deformation under load.

The internal splines are machined to maximise contact with the secondary shaft and optimally distribute transmission forces. The sprocket is heat-treated and then nickel-coated to enhance corrosion resistance and facilitate sliding with the chain. Each part is checked using a three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM) to match OEM specifications.
Designed for off-road practices, this sprocket is suitable for quads and Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications. Examples of frequently compatible vehicles include the Polaris Predator 500 2x4 (GJ50), Honda TRX 400 EX Sportrax, and Polaris Outlaw 500 (GP50).
