Front sprocket machined by MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS, designed for 520 transmissions on trail, roadster and supermoto. Made from high-strength chromoly steel, this sprocket will limit deformation under load and offers good resistance to shocks and wear. The internal splines are machined to maximise contact with the secondary shaft and ensure an even distribution of transmission forces.

The sprocket is heat-treated and then coated with nickel: this treatment improves corrosion resistance and provides a surface lubricating effect for smoother chain engagement. Each sprocket is machine-checked using three-dimensional measurement (CMM) to match OEM specifications.
