Machined from high-strength chromoly steel, this sprocket is designed for enduro and motocross where the transmission endures repeated loads and shocks. Its 14-tooth design and 428 pitch allow for precise chain engagement and reliable torque transmission on the secondary shaft.

The internal splines are machined to maximise contact with the shaft and evenly distribute transmission forces. Each part is heat-treated and then coated with nickel to enhance corrosion resistance and facilitate smooth operation with the chain. The sprockets are inspected using a three-dimensional measurement machine (CMM) to ensure compliance with OEM specifications.
