Front drive sprocket machined from chromoly steel, designed for off-road motocross use. The part features meticulous manufacturing: internally machined splines for maximum contact with the secondary shaft, heat treatment followed by a nickel plating to limit corrosion and improve sliding during installation. Each sprocket is checked at the end of machining using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to ensure OEM tolerances are met and to reduce unwanted play between the shaft and sprocket.
