Moose Offroad Hard Front Sprocket - Parts (ref. D26-4165-15CRMO) — machined countershaft sprocket for demanding quads. Made from high-strength chromoly steel, this 15-tooth sprocket withstands transmission stresses while limiting deformation in the event of impact. The internal splines are machined for maximum contact with the secondary shaft and optimal distribution of forces transmitted to the chain.

The component is heat-treated and then nickel-plated to enhance corrosion resistance and provide additional lubricating effect at the chain/sprocket contact. Each sprocket is checked using a three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM) to precisely meet OEM specifications.
