Front sprocket by MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS, machined from high-strength Chromoly steel for demanding riders. Designed for offroad practices (enduro, motocross), quad and supermoto, this 520 sprocket with 16 teeth provides a reliable base for the primary transmission.
- Material: machined Chromoly steel — shock resistance and good wear resistance.
- Machined internal splines for maximum contact with the secondary shaft and even distribution of transmission forces.
- Heat treatment followed by nickel coating to enhance corrosion resistance and sliding properties during chain/sprocket engagement.
- Each part is checked on a three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM) to meet OEM specifications.
- Position: front / countershaft — Pitch: 520 — Colour: natural.
Compatibility: designed for Two Wheel Dirt, ADV and ATV applications; see the list of compatible vehicles. Examples of common motorcycles: HUSQVARNA FE 501 (2025), GAS-GAS MC 450 F Prado Edition (2025), KTM EXC-F 500 Sixdays (2024).
Installation tip: check the available space if you opt for a larger sprocket size than the original to avoid any contact with the fork or casing.
