SP-8 V2 Gloves by Alpinestars

The Alpinestars SP-8 V2 motorcycle gloves combine full-grain leather construction, targeted reinforcements, and CE-certified protections to support your rides on sport, racing, or roadster bikes. Their ergonomic fit, touch functionality, and perforated areas enhance handlebar control and comfort during mid-season.

Design and Materials

• Full-grain leather provides excellent abrasion resistance for long-lasting journeys.
• The suede fabric palm and anti-slip inserts made of microfiber and PU improve grip on controls for better handlebar control.

Protection and Reinforcements

• The bridge between the ring and little finger helps reduce the risk of fracture in the event of a slide.
• EVA foam reinforcements on the thumb, wrist, back of the hand, fingers, and palm absorb shocks and limit abrasion.
• The reinforced palm in exposed areas enhances resistance to ground friction.

Safety and Standards

• Polymer-moulded shells at the joints help protect the hand from impacts.
• The CE EN13594 level 1KP certification confirms the level of hand protection according to European standards.

Comfort and Ergonomics

• Pre-curved fingers with external seams enhance comfort and sensitivity on the handlebars.
• The stretch zone between the palm and thumb facilitates grip and precise movements.
• The touch function allows you to use a screen without removing the gloves, keeping your hands protected.

Ventilation and Breathability

• Perforated leather at the cuff promotes air circulation to limit accumulated heat.
• Perforations on the sides of the fingers aid moisture evacuation for better mid-season comfort.

Fit and Cut

• The Velcro closure and elastic wrist ensure a precise fit and secure hold.
• The mid-length cuff covers the wrist while meeting mid-season needs.
