Magnum Shielding - Cable Kit (manufacturer ref. 489021)

Designed for cruisers and touring bikes, this Magnum XR handlebar installation kit includes everything needed to fit an ape-hanger handlebar or 2" risers. It is crafted to maintain a neat aesthetic (black and chrome) while providing ready-to-install wiring, simplifying the setup of handlebar controls.

• Kit contents: throttle and idle cables (or pre-wired throttle-by-wire extensions), clutch cable or hydraulic line, XR DOT brake lines, copper washers, hardware, and fully finished wiring extensions for indicators and switches.
• Construction: carefully polished fittings before plating; fully brazed collectors on appropriate kits, with -3 AN fittings for easier installation.
• Materials and finishes: vinyl sheaths, black and chrome colours with clear coating; reinforced stainless steel brake lines and abrasion-resistant nylon sheathing.
• Handlebar feature: suitable for heights 30.5–35.5 cm (12"–14").
• Compliance: brake lines conform to DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
