Magnum Shielding Cable Kit – Manufacturer Ref. 487991
Designed for "ape hanger" handlebars (2" risers) and suitable for touring/trail bikes, this complete Black Pearl™ kit includes cables, hoses, and accessories for a clean and reliable installation. The Black Pearl braided finish and polished black chrome fittings give the control system a neat look, while the construction aims for durability and precision in controls.
- Contents: throttle and idle cables (for throttle-by-wire extensions), hydraulic clutch cable or hose, brake hoses, copper washers, fasteners, and all necessary wiring for turn signal extension (unless otherwise specified).
- Hoses: inner tube made of PTFE, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fibre reinforcement, Magnum Signature braid, and PVC outer sheath.
- Dual disc kit: fully brazed collector to prevent leaks, alignment issues, and visible threaded fittings.
- Compliant: hoses meeting DOT FMVSS-106 specifications. Assembled in the United States.
- Physical characteristics: suitable for handlebar heights of 30.5–35.5 cm (12"–14"), black colour, stainless steel housing.
