Magnum Shielding Cable Kit (manufacturer part no. 387993) — A complete kit designed for ape hanger handlebars with 2" risers: throttle cables (including throttle-by-wire extensions), idle control, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, and all the small hardware necessary for a clean and tidy installation.
- Finish: matching Sterling Chromite II® braid and highly polished chrome fittings for an elegant chrome/transparent look on a touring bike.
- Line construction: PTFE inner tube, DuPont™ Kevlar® aramid fibre reinforcement, premium Magnum Signature braids, and PVC outer sheath.
- Housings: fluoropolymer and stainless steel for controlled glide and wear resistance.
- Contents: brake lines, throttle and idle cable(s), clutch cable or hydraulic line, fully brazed manifold for dual disc models, copper washers, fasteners, and harness for turn signal extension.
- Compliance & origin: lines comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; assembled in the United States.
- Handlebar compatibility: height 45.5–51 cm (18"–20").
