Magnum Shielding – Cable Kit (Manufacturer's Ref: 3871001)
This Sterling Chromite II® installation kit includes matching cables and hoses for a neat fit on ape hanger handlebars (2" risers). Designed for touring, it offers the characteristic chrome aesthetic of Sterling Chromite II® while being built for the daily use of motorcyclists.
- Contents: throttle and idle cables compatible with throttle-by-wire, clutch cable or hydraulic hose depending on model, braided brake hoses, copper washers, fasteners, and harness for turn signal extension.
- Construction: hoses with PTFE inner tube, aramid fibre reinforcement (DuPont™ Kevlar®), Signature Magnum braid, and PVC outer sheath; highly polished chrome caps and fittings.
- Performance: designed for reduced effort and maximum efficiency, assembled in the United States and compliant with DOT FMVSS‑106 for brake hoses.
- Handlebar Compatibility: height 30.5–35.5 cm (12"–14"), suitable for dual disc mounts with fully brazed collector.
- Finish: silver/chrome colour with transparent sheath; materials: fluoropolymer and stainless steel.
