Magnum Shielding Cable Kit (manufacturer part no. 4861001)
Designed for road and touring riders who modify their riding position, this Magnum XR handlebar installation kit includes the necessary connections to fit a handlebar of 12" to 14" (30.5–35.5 cm). The kit, offered in black finish, features cables and hoses in a durable vinyl covering for a sleek and long-lasting look on larger motorcycles.
- Contents: throttle and idle cables (or pre-wired throttle-by-wire extensions depending on version), clutch cable or hydraulic line, DOT XR brake hoses, copper washers and fasteners, fully finished wiring extensions for indicators and switchgear.
- Construction: reinforced stainless steel hoses with nylon covering for abrasion resistance and longevity; brazed collectors and -3 AN fittings for a neat installation and clean integration.
- Brake compatibility: designed to use the existing lower brake line; hoses comply with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications.
- Usage: suitable for ape hanger handlebars and 2" risers. Colour: black, vinyl housing.
