Magnum Shielding – Cable Kit (Manufacturer Ref: 5891152)
Designed for ape hanger handlebars and 2" risers, this Magnum Shielding cable kit includes all the necessary components for a clean and safe installation on a touring bike. Ideal for those raising their handlebars without excessive modifications, it includes throttle cables (or pre-wired throttle-by-wire extensions), a clutch cable with Quick Connect fitting, brake hoses, and installation hardware.
- Handlebar Compatibility: 38–43 cm (15"–17")
- Material: stainless steel housings, reinforced steel brake hoses with nylon sheathing
- Finishes: polished chrome and clear sheathing for a neat appearance on custom and touring bikes
- Safety: brake hoses compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications
- Contents: cables, hoses, copper washers, hardware, collectors, and fittings - ready to install
The kit maintains the existing lower clutch and brake lines while adding a Quick Connect upper clutch for easier installation. Supplied with -3 AN fittings to facilitate collector assembly, it offers a balance between chrome appearance and technical durability, suitable for long journeys on the road.
