MAGNUM SHIELDING Cable Kit (ref. 7871171)
Designed to equip 12" to 14" (30.5–35.5 cm) "ape hanger" handlebars, this cable kit includes the necessary hoses and cables for a clean, plug-and-play installation on road/touring motorcycles. Silver finish with carbon fibre imitation braid for a polished visual effect that aligns with "blackout" themes.
- Contents: braided DOT brake hoses, hydraulic clutch cable or hose, throttle and idle cables or throttle-by-wire extensions, ready-to-use hardware and extensions for switches and indicators.
- Construction: PTFE tube, aramid fibre reinforcement (DuPont™ Kevlar®), signature braid and transparent PVC sheath for a technical look.
- Braking: hoses compliant with DOT FMVSS-106 specifications; designed to be used with the existing lower brake line. Compatible with ABS systems.
- Installation: fully brazed manifold for dual disc applications, hardware and plug-and-play connections aimed at simplified installation.
- Adaptation: designed for handlebars with 2" risers.
Assembled in the United States, this kit provides a neat finish and cables sized to reduce control effort and optimise lever feel. Examples of compatible models: Harley-Davidson Street Glide CVO, Ultra Limited and Street Glide ST (please check specific applications before purchase).
