The Magnum Shielding cable kit (manufacturer part number: 5891191) includes everything needed to reassemble an ape hanger type handlebar or one installed on 2" risers. Designed for road and touring, it combines polished chrome finish and transparent sheathing for a neat appearance on customs and cruisers.
- Complete contents: throttle and idle cables or pre-wired throttle-by-wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic line, XR DOT brake hoses, copper washers and fasteners, wiring extensions for indicators and switches.
- Construction: stainless steel housings, polished fittings before plating, and fully brazed collectors on kits equipped with collectors.
- Durability and response: reinforced stainless steel brake hoses, abrasion-resistant nylon sheathing; -3 AN fittings for simplified installation.
- Performance: all cables are designed for low effort and meet or exceed OE specifications in fit, construction, and endurance. The hoses comply with DOT FMVSS‑106 specifications.
