Biltwell O/S Tracker Handlebar — ref. 6307-2015
This handlebar captures the spirit of vintage machines and modern trackers: clean lines, direct riding position, and a minimalist look for café racers, scramblers, and customs. Made from seamless chromoly 4130 tubing, it offers a sleek finish and meticulous craftsmanship suited for lovers of retro style.
- Construction: 1" OD x 0.120" wall thickness tube, internal mandrel bending and CNC shaping to preserve the section and avoid any flattening.
- Welding: assembly done in TIG for clean beads and a consistent finish.
- Diameters: central section of 1-1/8" outer diameter, tapering to 1" at the ends for grip installation.
- Compatibility: these handlebars do not fit standard 1” clamps found on most stock and aftermarket risers.
Practical note: without grips installed, the handlebar measures 1-1/8" less than the stated length — to be considered when choosing width and adjusting riding position.
