Features

BILTWELL – 1" Handlebar (manufacturer part no. 6001-1056)

A vintage/classic style handlebar designed for custom bike builds and swaps. Made from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, this handlebar features a diameter of 1" (25.4 mm) and a wall thickness of 0.120" (≈3 mm), providing a robust and clean finish suitable for bobber, café racer, or tracker aesthetics.

Material: seamless 4130 chromoly tubing
Dimensions: 1" OD (25.4 mm) x 0.120" (~3 mm) thick
Manufacturing: bends made with internal mandrels on CNC bender to limit flattening
Welding: precise assembly done in TIG
Application: aftermarket / custom – not grooved for TBW applications (not grooved means no channel for throttle cable)

This handlebar offers a simple and timeless line, easy to integrate into a build. Note: the lack of a groove makes it unsuitable for setups requiring a channel for the throttle cable; it is perfectly suited for TBW systems or setups where throttle control is managed differently. Check compatibility with your steering stem and controls before installation.
