The Biltwell 1" T-Bar handlebars bring a vintage aesthetic and serious craftsmanship for enthusiasts of bobbers, trackers, and classic customs. Designed to maintain the clean lines of a retro machine while withstanding the demands of everyday use, it caters to riders who care about style and build quality.

Material: 4130 chromoly tube, renowned for its mechanical strength.
Dimensions: 1" (outer diameter) x .120" wall thickness.
Forming: bends made on an internal mandrel using CNC bending to avoid flattening and ensure consistent radii.
Welding: TIG welded miter joint assembly for a clean and precise finish.

This T-Bar handlebar features a sleek and sturdy silhouette, easy to match with a flat seat and a bare fork. Its chromoly construction and the attention to detail in the bends and welds ensure a professionally looking piece, ready to accommodate levers, caps, and retro-style grips. Suitable for mounting on standard 1" risers/handlebars.
